Latin upbeat music that is sure to give you a great cardivascular workout. *PIYO-A mix of yoga and pilates. *Silver and Fit Seniors-Specialized classes for seniors 55+. Strength, tone, conditioning. Helps with better movement ability to continue to enjoy life. *Triple Threat-full body workout sure to pump your heart: 20min.cardio, 20min. weights, 20min.abs Sleepy Time Yoga-a relaxing style yoga to help you get a better night's rest Tai Chi: Learn full body fluid movements by working upper, lower body and core, help center yourself and relieve stress. Pilates - Elongate muscles and strengthen core Body Works - Full body, weight resisted workout Step - Aerobic workouts routines using the steps Bootcamp - Cardio, circuit and toning for all levels Belly Dance - Fun dance steps Great for core Kickboxing - Interval aerobics, strength & stabilization exercises Buns and Abs- Upbeat movements designed to strengthen and tone Cardio Conditioning-Combine aerobic moves with strength toning (cardio pump and cardio blast) **Exotic Fitness - pole and floor work, increases flexibility, strength and self-confidence
